I was in need of a Chimney Chase Pan replacement and chimney sweep. Tyson and Jerry we're very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Tyson was very personable and in my opinion, quite an asset to the company. I was very pleased with their service.

FireplacePros crew did a wonderful job for us at a reasonable price. Crew arrived on time, was well prepared, acted efficiently and professionally, very personable and friendly, answered any and all questions, and cleaned up well. Definitely will use again and highly recommend. Oh! Another very important and high point for FireplacePros for me was communication. Their office manager / scheduler is fantastic! Fireplace Pro’s really are customer focused. They understood my issue and my urgency. The put me on the schedule but when an opportunity came to complete my work sooner, they reached out. Fireplace Pros completely replaced our 35 year old fireplace! They were efficient and kept us informed every step of the way. They covered everything in the room before starting their work. We had never used the fireplace since we moved in. I had them inspect it and sure enough. The one switch was bad on it so they fixed that. Very professional and explained how to use the fireplace and sent me a manual for the fireplace. I am enjoying the fireplace very much.Fireplace Pros
