    Very disappointed with their service. Used them before and was satisfied. But this time. it was awful. I booked 10 days in advance for carpet cleaning between 10 am and noon. They called me on the day of the service and said they will be coming between 3-5pm. The guy didnt show up until **** pm. I told him that I am disappointed that I was the last person on their route. So I told him how upset I was and you know what he did? He said I am not going to let you talk to me like this and he just LEFT!!!! Thats how great this company is.?? again I used them in the past with no problems. And btw it was just one person instead of 2. And I doubt he will spend more than 30 minutes for the job (used to be 2 people and they spent 30 min) But I am definitely will be looking for another cleaning company
