    Went to pick up vehicle from having rust proof inspection, window tint fixed which (was supposed to be warranty) and diamond coat finish applied to the exterior. When I picked up vehicle several scratches were seen throughout driver side of vehicle (which were not previously there) and tint was not fixed. Went in to discuss this with the employee and he suggested ********** at it. I was asked if various questions about the vehicle which I answered. Was told there was something wrong with the window and the tint would not work properly. Employee went to get management. Again with the questions as if they had been rehearsed. As well as the same lame answers. Not actually making accusations I had done something but certainly not admitting they had done a terrible unprofessional job. Manager had an I could care less attitude and offered to sell me yet another service stating he wasnt going to work for free. Then offered half price. Then I became heated stating this is ******** as well as a few other choice words. Manager then stated you can just pay your bill and leave. Which after a few more choice words I did. First employee and manager new this was a **** poor job and werent professional enough or man enough to fix it. Ive seen better work from a ***** detail shop. And when I got home to park my vehicle the power mirror on the driver side did not work. I bought this vehicle brand new in 2021 along with 10 year coverage on rustproofing from this *******. To this date no one else has ever touched the exterior of this vehicle other then being sprayed off once a week. This is the third time Ive taken it for service and have spent a good deal of money and despite voiding the rustproofing warranty Ill never go back. I realize in recent years due to circumstances a great many businesses are doing sub par work as well as using it for customer no service but to actually damage someones property then act as a 5 year old who broke a lamp and act innocent is bit much.
