There is something legitimately wrong with this company. First of all they fired me with no warnings or notice. I had to get a root canal and was gone for one day during training. No one ever told us that would count against us. There was even one girl who had a baby during training and was gone for 3 days. Secondly and the biggest irksome thing of all, in the small time I was there there was only ONE payday that was on time. Every payday was late. Not to mention they didnt even do payroll until Thursday before payday. Sometimes we would get paid on Monday and just be left out to dry with late fees. Right before I was let go, they announced they were changing the pay schedule to the 10th and the 25th of the month starting January of 2025. Everytime we would bring our concerns to someone above us, we got the run around and the standard were sorry statement. It happened so often there were 3 or 4 emails sent out about it. And lastly, ****** ******* is a terrible person and has spies working on the contract for palmetto GBA people who report back to him about employees complaining about everything and anything. He throws people under the bus by saying he never received an email but there are receipts and CCs.

Pearl use to be a good place to work, but now since the new owners took over, we never get our pay on time, its nonstop excuses, they dont offer any benefits to truly help their employees. They prefer employees to be in harm way (major hurricanes) instead of offering assistance so they can get to safety, They don't help with late fees that they cause for NOT PAYING ON TIME, they don't provide any bonus, I mean h*** most places offer a Christmas bonus but what do we get? Paid thats NOT ON TIME. They want employees to suffer.
