    I need my membership there reactivated and communications are horrendous, service is worse there. Since COVID, people "say" the work from home, yet as in this case, "work" means akin to a 1-sentence reply to your call, vm or email by email - in which the 1-sentence does not work. You then rely to that "communication" and wait another 48 biz hours, and if lucky, get yet another 1-sentence reply which does not work either. Bottom line there is truly no service. They want you to apply for membership online now whereas they have ALWAYS accepted printed signed docs. However this technology of theirs does NOT work, thus nothing gets done. Sigh. They need to note that many of real estate transactions happen withOUT technology - those with Amish, those in the country with no web service and many, many dollars more that pay their salaries. They need to STOP holding up my membership, reach out to my broker **** ********* who HAS full membership there yet their "technology" cannot find it after yearS (!!) get m membership hooked back up, sending a link to log in and pay for me. Period. Accept paper as always have and STOP acting like your people A are working and B have the technology to do all that online. THey are not and the do not. Period. I am being mistreated by this lac of service and am unable to use the MLS because of this and that is WRONG and UNETHICAL 100% ++.

    This member was not compliant with membership requirements, was ill informed and incorrect in her communications with staff and now with the BBB. Member is under consideration for disciplinary action for her treatment of staff with regards to Code of Conduct policies, specifically, "Verbal or non-verbal comments and/or behaviors that create fear, intimidate, ostracize, psychologically or physically threaten, embarrass, or ridicule." 

    Once this members broker was brought into the situation, she changed brokers (within 24 hours) to comply with membership requirements and was activated according to bylaws, policies and procedures.

    I don't believe I used  "Verbal or non-verbal comments and/or behaviors that create fear, intimidate, ostracize, psychologically or physically threaten, embarrass, or ridicule." 

    Nor is the the whole reason I chose Key:

    I told them I could not afford to add Dayton and never had to do that until this time for some unknown reason (you have to call for their rates and they add $450 ++ other fees for newbies plus regular fees.)

    Costs increase for agents a lot, and services are less and less. Seriously, we used to be able to split payments and not half to pay the entire year for all (Nar, Ohio and CBR) in January. THey want it all now, plus Dayton across the board - and with newbie starters fees for joining, etc. It feels like *****'s using harsh lingo and bullying me. I was not even an active Columbus Board or Realtors member when I was trying to come back, and I sure didn't curse or do all those negative things he'd mentioned. And to say I just switched to Key like that sounds negative and shallow, too, wow. 

     ***** can go over things with my broker's manager & broker, as he likes. They have copies of all communications. I am allowed to come here and the Attorney General to officially complain and seek help. Bullying and retaliation from ***** or others there is not ethical as results. That's taking things to a nonprofessional level. Hopefully I'm misunderstanding. Will leave that with my broker manager.

    Thank you for the opportunity to provide additional clarification relating to this matter.

    Please note that on January 4, 2023, Ms. ****** (having placed her license with Key Realty) completed the membership application process and is a member in good standing with the Columbus REALTORS as of the date of this response.

    Further, an email from Ms. ****** dated January 4 was sent to our CEO and staff stating she would not use behavior like that in the future and apologized.

    Another email from Ms. ****** dated January 12, 2023 to our CEO thanked him for the help provided to her and her broker.

    CEO ***** ******* has had telephone conversations with both Ms. ******'s former and current broker to discuss the matter.

    I feel bullied at this point . I am allowed to reach out for help, bottom line, with the BBB, and I have done so. Thanks, BBB.
