      I think COTA and It's MAINSTREAM SERVICE has gone into the crapper.. they punish riders for being a little short on the fare by kicking them off the bus.. This happened to me today.. Was heading out to get my booster update for COVID.. I was a little short on the go fare.. I was supposed to go to CVS Pharmacy for the shot and I would have got some money there as they have an ATM... But I got booted off the bus and my brother was there to take me... I am angry and upset with then.. I have not even heard anything on my recertification either... I went to my doctor where she filled out her part of the forms and faxed them... That was on November 21st 2023. Here it is December 9th and I Still have not heard anything on my recertification... The way I feel right now.. I don't care if I am recertificated or not... The way I was treated this morning makes me want to not use them anymore...

      Im currently on bus 2022 on the route 31. Im filing this complaint because Ive never seen a driver act like this. It is 96 degree weather, the bus driver does not have the ** on. His reasoning? A passenger did not pay their bus fare. Why did everyone have to pay for someone else decision. He did eventually turn it on but still this is wrong. Then. A guy pulled the string to get off the bus. As per usual the bus driver is suppose to stop. The driver did not stop but instead blames the passenger for not pulling it quick enough. The driver goes on and says it didnt want to break the bus. This is so sad because the guy had to walk so far back. The driver didnt even apologize. What a psycho!
