    Hi ***** *******,

Your BBB complaint was just brought to my attention, and I wanted to respond quickly to address your request to delete your “online account”.

First off, may I ask what number your called and what email address you used to contact us prior to filling this complaint?  Our General Manager brought this to our attention today, but stated that he had no prior knowledge of your request other that receiving the email complaint from the BBB.

Would you also please specify the “online account” that you are referring to in the complaint?  So far the only thing we have been able to find with your information was an on line lane reservation made back in November of 2022.  We reached out to the vendor that hosts our on line lane reservations and requested that your information be removed from that database,  Was there something else specific that we need to look at removing your information from?

Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Thanks,

    **** ********
