    The date of this transaction was August 1st at approximately 4:21 p.m. in the afternoon the amount of money that we pay to the business was $89. $50 in cash and $49 put on my card.What the business committed to provide us was: three bowling games per person, there is a total of four of us bowling, after about an hour of bowling, which we only got through four frames, we were asked to leave because I guess the league was coming in to bowl, but when we made the transaction there was a lady there who put us on the farthest end because she said "we wouldn't interrupt whatever was going on later that evening", so we were on lane 61, the nature of the dispute is: we were asked to leave, but we were only giving back 2/3 of what we paid which is totally unfair we should have been able to finish out our game. We had planned an outing with our family to just come and Bowl and we couldn't even do that, so I'm totally upset because we should have been giving back all our money $66 is not good enough, we should have been able to finish bowling, we were down at the furthest end and we wouldn't have interfered with anyone and I'm totally upset and dissatisfied with the resolution that they tried to give me which is why I'm filing this complaint. We should have been given a full refund for the simple fact that our outing was cut short due to no fault of our own and we were asked to leave and that's totally unfair.

    I am so sorry for this families experience.  I was made aware of all the details of the customers experience after the fact.  I will happily refund the $23.00 she did not receive to the address listed in the letter.   I will also send her 8 free games including free shoe rental so her family can come back on us next time.

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I will use this as a teachable moment for all my staff.
