      They quoted a price of $7.50 over the phone to rent a water cooler but when I went to pick it up they told me it was $100!!!

      I ordered 3 5-gallon water jugs and a water dispenser on Thursday 11/16/23 and they told me it’ll be delivered on Monday 11/20/23. I waited for it on Monday but it didn’t come. I called them on the next day and a lady answered and told me they don’t know when my order will be delivered. I waited another week and nothing came. I called and left voice mail and no one called me back. I sent them an email and no one responded to that either. I have been calling every day now and no one is answering the phone. All you get is the voice mail. At this point I want to cancel the order. I will not recommend this company to any one. Thanks.

We would like to refund you the money from your order while also giving you 3 months of service for free with no strings attached to try to regain your trust. If at the end of the three months or any time during which you think that we are not meeting your satisfaction, you can call, and we will pick up the equipment.
