      On October 29th I spent $389.65 on multiple services. I spent $169 on lashes. I scheduled myself a NATURAL lash set and received a signature set instead without being consulted about this change during my service. I also was not made aware of this change as I was checking out (it's more expensive). I was mortified to see how long they were because I repeatedly said I wanted something NATURAL for my event.The esthetician made the decision to change my service based on old appointments. I wasn't made aware of this change until I contacted the manager about being unhappy and wanting a refund. She refused to give me a refund and offered 30% off of another ********** expectations were to receive a service that I scheduled myself for but I got something completely different. Then I paid for that service that I didn't want and I also wasn't happy with. Ultimately I ended up speaking to the owner and director of operations who said they would give me 50% off my next service...I simply just want my money back for a service I never wanted or asked for but ultimately ended up footing the bill for. Buyers beware. They won't refund you if they mess up your services. ****** business, does not care about clients.

      On or around August 4, 2022 I received an advertisement that Plush by Oasis beauty salon was having a sale for 35% all services over $50. Offer ended 8/7, see attached.

      I booked my service, which requires a follow up appointment. When looking at their website, there is no mention of a cost for the follow up appointment. Had my service on 8/6, paid the full price, less 35%.

      A few weeks later, after my follow up appointment, they charged an additional $99 since the initial appointment was "discounted."

      Not once was I told that there would be a charge for the required follow up and when I asked, they just said "oh well that's the way it is." So the service is NOT 35% off. This is extremely misleading to consumers and should not be allowed.
