    On 04/27/2021 I went into contract with Crawlspace Medic to replace main beam in my home and to also place vapor barrier down in Crawlspace . The amount agreed to was 10,637.20 with a 1063.00 discount remaining being 9,573.48. The contract stated that the main center sill ( main beam ) NEEDED REPLACED on both sides of Crawlspace . When job was completed I had asked why they didn’t jack up the other side of the house how is the job completed when it’s still unleveled . He told me that it was not in my contract to jack the house up to level it but they jack the one side up which made it worse with them not jacking the other side up as well . Months had went by and my house showed signs of it still moving , my floors were sloping more , my laminate flooring was separating and lifting and the cracks in the walls above doors we’re getting wider . I called for months leaving message after message text after text for them to text me and tell me my house was secure and not moving .I then had to pay 400.00 dollars for a structural engineer to inspect their work which was completely done wrong . The main beam was not replaced like said in the contract they just sistered it with another board and was cut in several places taking away the support of the beam . I finally got someone to come out from Crawlspace and they assured me that the work would be corrected pluse my laminate floor replaced do to their neglect. They pulled a permit with Obetz in Dec2022 which was disapproved I was then told that they was correct it meanwhile they put supports in so my house wouldn’t move until the could fix it correctly. Next thing I know I got a phone call from Cory B**** owner of Crawlspace Medic in Columbus Ohio that they shut done and I was just out my money .
