    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ?? I had a sports card business about 6 months ago. I ordered a case from Midwest Cards in mid January 24' that was supposed to be released in February. We are now mid June (5 months) and still no product. I'm no longer in the card business. The price has gone done almost 20% everywhere. I requested to simply cancel the order with a very cold response basically saying they don't care and won't cancel. I then asked for a refund on the difference in price as it's been 5 months since I ordered and everyone is selling it for way cheaper. They also said no - they told me I don't spend enough with them to get the "PERK" of selling to me at a fair price (vs how much they tried over charging everyone early on). I asked again for them to work with me as I DO NOT WANT the product that has still not released anywhere. I've had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card and leave this review. The experience with Midwest has been by far the worst experience I've had with any seller of wax. By far the worst. ????

    I ordered a national treasures collegiate football box from them that had every warning sign that it had been pre opened and resealed with a heat gun. I wish I could post pictures on here. It’s so obvious with the stickers being way too easy to scratch off because they used a heat gun to remove them before they shipped to me. 2 different types of plastic sealing lines meaning they used again.. a heat gun to reseal. I’ll never buy a set from them again.

    Love taking trip to their store, they are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Been shopping here for almost a year now, and haven't had any problems. Would definitely recommend.

    Made a purchase less than 24 hours ago. Price dropped next day and I inquired about a possible price adjustment as it had been such a short time-span and they essentially told me they will not. Avoid!

    We purchased 2 cases from this company on their website. They had a price online and realize it was under what they wanted they canceled the purchase, As a business owner this is very poor adequate and they should've honored the price, They never did anything to make the transaction better. We were going to spend over 7k and they still didn't care. .

    Midwest Cards is the only place I go for unopened wax. The prices, service, and packaging for shipping are all top notch. They also have a great rewards program that give you even more discounts on top of their everyday low prices. Midwest provides exceptional service every step of the way. Check them out if you havent already. You wont regret it.

    I collect Pokemon ***** and Midwest cards had great prices on some Pokemon tins I needed. placed my order and I think it came in less then a week later opened my package and the tin was in perfect shape great packing you can tell they really ship there products with care. Then I got a message from ****** at Midwest cards asking if I received my order and if I was happy with everything. I was surprised that someone reached out to me about my order great customer service. I will definitely buy from Midwest cards again.
