If I could give my experience 1 star I would! Few days ago I bought 6 tickets for $10 each for an event that was posted on the kee website calendar. The event was called trap haus with ** *********. Today I called the kee to inform the details of the event. They told me that the event had been cancelled. I went back to their website to still see the event posted to their calendar for today! 9/9 8pm-12am. When I asked to speak to a manager to get my money back for the tickets I purchased, he told me that I had to reach out to the dj that cancelled the event via INSTAGRAM?? Does that make any sense?? The event is STILL POSTED and I’m sure there are people still purchasing tickets for it. The manager of this establishment told me to reach out to the dj. I am livid. I would not have even know that the event was canceled had I not called. Furthermore, how in the hell do you host an event at your establishment, have people pay through YOUR WEBSITE and then not give them an email or any indication that the event was canceled. And now I’m out of $60 because the kee refuses to refund me. This is so unprofessional and a huge indication of this business. I made reservations for dinner and everything and now I no longer want to step foot in here! I have proof of all transactions. 1 transaction for 4 tickets and then 2 separate transactions for 2 tickets. I have messaged the dj on Instagram to receive my refund and she blocked me!
