    ******* ******* LLC advised she taught Notary Signing Agent courses. Been talking to her since 2021 about scheduling. The whole process was unprofessional and unorganized. She had us emailing an “assistant” that was managing this process. The assistant and her had different prices and saying different things. My friend that I referred scheduled took class b4 me. The ebook that was provided was merely a number of Word documents, again very unorganized, no documentation provided about the services or what she was providing. I canceled my class and requested my money back due to this not being a well thought out program, and not conducive to learning. ******* did not respond to my calls but had her assistant text me to tell me the $100 security deposit will not be returned. When I asked her where/when those Terms\Conditions was provided and no one replied. The only option was to pay $50 more to sit through the awful class.
