      Quite simply they are awesome! My daughter is a student at Ohio State And I was concerned something was wrong with the car. They gave me an honest assessment (Including telling us that a part a dealership said Needed to be replaced really didn’t) and a very fair price on what needed to be fixed. They will be my automotive shop of choice for my daughter at Ohio State.

      We are so happy to have found Tilton’s. They not only bring quality service on repairs but they also have given us great advise in purchasing two more cars. They went above and beyond by evaluating and consulting us. They truly care about their customers and so their customer service is quality. We highly recommend this business to all.

      No one should go anywhere else. They are very helpful and seem genuine. They never gave up repairing my truck, which was a task to get the right part. My SUV, they did a diagnostic and said it should be ok. All at no charge. ***** was vey helpful and stayed on top of it with the techs. GIVE THEM A TRY!

      Confidence is what I hope for from any service provider. Confidence that I will be treated fairly. Confidence that the service will be done correctly. Confidence that it will be completed in a timely manner. Tilton's checks all the boxes. On top of that, they have a beautiful new state of the art facility. But most importantly, the Tiltons are good, friendly people.

      I have always had positive experiences with Tilton's. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure they give me great customer service. I trust their knowledge about my cars. I've found the costs to be very reasonable, definitely cheaper than going to the dealership. Definitely recommend.
