    After my experience with Franks Marathon, I just HAVE to warn others of how they do extra work on your vehicle, but DO NOT tell you that the extra work is going to cost hundreds more. The day I dropped off my vehicle, I later got a call from them. They told me what needed to be done. They told me it was going to cost over $800. I admit that I was overwhelmed when they told me that price. I agreed to let them get the work done. Come the next morning , I got a message from them saying my truck was ready. They DID say in the message that they did extra work. I was under the impression that they weren't going to CHARGE extra. From the way they said it in the message they left " THERE WAS A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH IT, BUT **** TOOK CARE OF IT. However when I came to pick it up, I looked at the bill, it said it cost over $1000. I was sooo angry when I saw that price. Angry because they DID NOT tell me it was going to cost hundreds more than what they originally told me. It was already overwhelming for me with the $800+ that they first told me. But when I saw that price of over $1000 I pretty much lost it and became sooo angry. I stormed out of the shop and drove off. Granted -they DID get my truck fixed, but the main point I need to get across and warn others about who decide to take their vehicles in for work is...FOR HEAVENS SAKE FRANKS MARATHON ON RIVERSIDE DRIVE YOU HAVE GOT TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT IF THERES ANY EXTRA WORK THAT NEEDS DONE AND YOU HAVE GOT TO TELL THEM IF ITS GOING TO COST MORE, ESPECAILLY WITH THE HIGH RATES YOU CHARGE!!!. You just CANT throw surprises at people like that!!! For a lot of people, a few hundred more is a lot of money. PLEASE tell your customers that if there's additional work needed done, PLESE tell them the FULL amount.
