I took my ************************** on Monday, 2.3.24 to do front end collision repair. I also asked them if they would address some new rust on the rear of both sides of the rockers. I specifically said, not bondo, that I wanted the metal cut out and replaced with metal.

I picked it up on Wednesday the 26th. I said to them that I could see paint overspray on the tires and I pointed out paint was missing on the back of one of the rockers. A guy came out and barely touched paint on to the bare spot. They told me my right rear tire had a bad air valve, and they had to fill it up several times while they had it.

I went to a service shop in ************ that day, but they said they could not help me to come back tomorrow.

I returned to Central Collission to tell **** I also noticed there was more overspray, and other paint issues. The receptionist, *****, said the *** Walid, was not in, but she owuld have him contact me the next morning between 9:30a and 10:30a.

When I got up in the morning, the tire was completely flat. I filled it up and returned to **********. They put it on a rack. I was able see the poor, shoddy, bondo and sandiing, as well as overspray and paint all over new balck trim on my car. There were divots and poockets where they treated the issues with bondo, througout the wheel *****.

They were supposed to replace the bumper. They drilled two holes in my new front bumper to put on a license plate, even though front license plates haven't been required for 6 years. They never asked if they could drill the holes or put the license on the front.

I have not spoken to him since Thursday. the estimate I received was hard to understand and did not reflect the verbal conversation I had with the mechanic.

      Business Response

Customer brought his car into the shop stating he needed an estimate due to a front end collision that was going through insurance.  He said he already got other estimates as well and was trying to decide what shop he wanted to use for his repairs.  After he showed me the front end damage he said he would like to get a separate quote to pay out of pocket to repair his rusting rockers.  I took photos of the damage and told him we would get him an estimate within a day or 2 for his review.   These estimates were sent to the customer and he agreed he would like to get the repairs done with us.

Upon picking his vehicle up on the 26th he did have a couple of concerns on a couple of small imperfections which a tech came out and took care of and he left with no issues.  When customer dropped his vehicle off he had advised us that he has had some issues with a small leak in his tire and that he would have to add air to the tire he wanted to make sure we were aware of this issue.

Customer did come back to discuss some concerns and ***** did a walk around on his vehicle with him and upon inspection his concerns did not pertain to the insurance claim work or the out of pocket rocker work that was repaired per the estimates.  Customer did not like what we had discussed with him and started questioning the repairs and became argumentative and then he stormed out of the office.

I am not sure why he said we were suppose to replace his bumper, what is on his car is a new bumper (which we have an invoice to support).  He now is complaining that we put his license plate back on his new bumper. It was on the bumper that was damaged so we put the plate back on his car because it was previously on his old bumper.  We put it back to the way it was previous to the accident.

The customer now has called and messaged us numerous times stating he needs a call back ASAP for the same issues that were taken care of.  The next thing we get is a complaint.
