    I've been dealing with this company since 12/2022 when **** was the **. I got my car back 8/2023. I still don't have records on what was replaced and done, and still having issues. I called last week for Will to give me a call back, and yet again no call. I've been trying to get answers for way too long. They should have just totaled my car instead of trying to replace my engine (that they have no record they done, but know it was done). I've been trying to have a decent conversation or reach the owner to discuss options, it's impossible. I should be able to drive my car like it was before my accident, and I can't even trust driving around town for 20 mins ..

    They called me and told me my car would be done in two weeks and good as new. They also promised a loaner car. It took five months, the work was shoddy and the paint looked like a third grader died it with a can of spray paint. They never finished and I have to take it to the dealer just to get it usable.

    This company has been feeding us lies on lies for months, since January and March is almost over. They have stolen our vehicle and not finished the job, causing us to have to spend out of pocket money on a rental vehicle for months. Everytime we call it’s another lie. It looks like other people have had the same complaint- they don’t finish work. We will be sure everyone knows of this criminal activity.

    They didnt complete the work and I had to pay the dealership to correct there work all of it the management was very horrible with calling back on updates on vehicle they gave me a unsafe loaner car that had bald tires and needed ball joints very unsafe and I had to put money into there loaner just so we could get to work!

    AA precise office manager is never here and she does not handle her business as a office manager ! The office manager ************************* is the office manager who does not care about her job and does not hold up to a office manager position ! ************************* needs to resign and leave this business because she is not at the business to see over these cars are not being fixed on time!!! My daughter car has been at Precise on ********** ******** **** for over a month and its still not being fixed after my daughter put her faith and trust in this business to fix her car at a timely manner and it had not been fixed yet (5/12/2022) and had been sitting since the beginning of April !! This other girl in the office ******** has to clean up the work that the office manager Jukes does not do or finished bc she is NEVER IN THE OFFICE TO DO WORK SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ON THE **** BECAUSE SHE IS A WASTE OF SPACE !
