    I placed my order on 3/28/22 in the amount of $50.96. I received confirmation of the placed order. I received no more communication from the company so I reached out to them on 4/6/23 they replied my order would be shipped out soon. I contacted them again last week and contacted my bank. Still no word, order has not shipped and I would like my money back. I requested it be returned the last time I reached out to them. I can only contact them by email as I have not found a number for the company. I would like to cancel this purchase and get my full refund I do not trust this business

    my fiancé ordered these items back in 2021 and never received them. Has contacted this business via email the other Facebook chat as well as Facebook‘s email with no response since October 11th 2022. They replied, saying they are working on it and never got back to her nor shipped her item. They no contact phone number. She would like her item shipped as soon as possible and to be contacted about this issue. This company should not be in business and should be review that there are not shipping out their orders to paying customers. We can email you anything you may need in regards to this I would like this fixed as soon as possible.

    I placed an order on 2/16/23 in the amount of $90.45, per the merchant website it takes 2-5 business days to process an order. I reached out to the merchant on 2 separate occasions, the first time on 2/20/23 and the second time on 2/22/23. The response to the second inquiry was that my order was being shipped and I should receive the tracking email within the next 24 hours and here it is 2/24/23 and I have yet to receive an email with a tracking number. I made the purchase using a 3rd party payment. Sezzle. I want a refund and to cancel the order. This business is running a scam

    I placed the order on August 26 of 2022 and it is now February 2023 they sent most of my order which was a total of $277.02 outfits were on back order and I still have yet to receive anything I’ve reached out to them and numerous of times they have no way to contact them besides email or Facebook and I can’t get anywhere with my complaint and nobody wants to tell me what they’re gonna do about it ! And I’ve never had a problem with them until this order, which is awful because I wear these outfits a lot in the winter, and I will never buy anything from them again!

    I placed my order 12/13/22. I received part of my order 12/23/22 and was told the last outfit would ship in a couple of days! A week went by I reach out no response! I messaged again no response! I failed a dispute they responded and say I’ll have it by the end of the week. At this time I just want a refund you didn’t respond until I failed a dispute! I messaged them and told them I didn’t want the outfit just my money. It take me to file a dispute for you to respond to a paying customer! They say it will be there by the end of the week and they don’t offer refund! But their policy online says that you will receive your items in 5/7 days in peak season. This was three weeks after I ordered at this point I don’t want to support the bad business! Then to get it finally and it’s some Walmart pants with a logo put on it! These are some thin stretch pants from Walmart with the logo on it not leggings! I’m the picture from there site you can see the white in the front of the leggings what I received has nothing on it! Then waist line on the pants received is different as well! You can see in the picture I uploaded! I just want my money back! It’s only right!

    I order this 2 piece set for Live Fly on 12/07/2022 Once received the shirt is defective as well as the pants are a different color it supposed to be a lavender purple instead the pants are lil darker then the shirt I bern trying to reach out to the company they refuse to give me my money back and said I can do a exchange only I don’t want anything else from this company is just a shame how there get over on people I just want my 55.96 back!! I will never order from this company again

    I placed and order ****** it showed as delivered but I did not received the item. I immediately emailed and was told to file a claim with USPS. I went onto usps website entered tracking and because they didnt use shipping insurance it says it was ineligible for a claim-I dont want a replacement I want my money back-worst customer service ever!

    I purchased two jogging suit clothing sets on June 17, 2022 paying the business $105.00 When my items were received, the jogging suit top (sweatshirt) for both sets were defective. I let the business know this immediately and also provided pictures of the defective items as requested. One of the sweatshirts was the incorrect color, while the other had a defective print job. The company requested that I send both sweatshirts back with me paying for the shipping back to them as they would pay of my updated items being sent back to me. Items were sent via UPS and arrived to the company on 8/15/22 signed by employee BROADUS. Finally, on 10/12/22 I was told my items were indeed received and I would be provided tracking information of my returned items in 24hours. To date the company has stopped responding to me, ignored my constant messages and I do not have a refund or the items that I have paid for.

    I placed an order with this company on August 8, 2022 and as of August 22nd, I haven’t received my order and no one from this company will respond to my email or Instagram messages inquiring about my order or requests for refund.

    I've been waiting 3 weeks for my items to ship every time I contact someone they tell me it'll be shipped the next day. And yet I haven't received anything. Now that I asked for my money back they're silent.
