    The museum itself is great. Business practices? Not so much. Went in for an interview that was scheduled via email by the hiring manager. He was a no show after waiting 15 minutes. None of the employees knew where he was. Unprofessional and a total waste of time.

    To order tickets online, you use a third party seller. They let you change your ticket due to unforeseen circumstances until the cost goes up. When I reached out about paying the five dollar difference, they told me to buy two new tickets and put in for a refund. After I did this, they told me to contact Otherworld, not them. Strange! So I did, and they gave me a slight reprimand for not reaching out to them first, if that’s the case, why have a third party sell your tickets? Anywho, they said no biggy, we did a refund. Then no refund. I contacted them back. Their response? That happens so we will cut you a check. Weeks later, no check. Email inquiries are not answered. What is going on?
