    I bought a stacked washer + dryer from him off of ** *********** in August 2024, for $500. The one he delivered was not the "like new" one in the photos. It had old, dingy stickers on it and many scratches. It failed to drain with it's first use until hours later, but he was dismissive. It had further problems a few weeks down the road. He would show up, say he fixed it, but the problems continued. He took no responsibility for issues with the appliance he sold, and came up with reasons why it wasn't his fault. Brian refused to honor his so-called 90-day warranty. He lied multiple times and eventually ignored or blocked me without providing me with a working appliance.

    We contacted ***** ********** regarding our refrigerator, which has a water/ice maker on it and it was not working, so he first came out & said he thought he had a part for it, but if not he would order it. Well we never heard back, so my daughter kept trying to reach him, with no response, then finally he responded after a few weeks and said he had to order the part & it just came in. Well when he put the part on, the refrigerator still did not work. So, he told us he has a nice stainless steel one that works & he would sale it to us for $350, we agreed. On 12/12/23, he brought it & set it up & we paid him the $350, plus a $50 tip, for "being nice". He told us the ice would have to build up. Immediately the lights inside the refrigerator would flash like a strobe light when we would open it & after a few days the ice still did not work, so we contacted him back & after a few calls/text he finally responded & came back out & he said it was fixed, but after he left, we noticed it was still the same, with the flashing lights & not making ice, so we started trying to contact him again by text/calls & he would not respond, then after a while he responded back a couple times & said he was going to come back, but then he never showed up. We have tried reaching out several times with no responses and as you can see on the receipt, it says that it comes with a 6 month warranty. We have now had to purchase another refrigerator, that actually works. We are not trying to damage his business with this complaint and not trying to get money back, we just want something done, to make it where this does not keep happening to other people, because this is not fair.

    On 07/05/23 ***** at Anytime Appliance delivered a washer/dryer set stating there was a 6 month warrenty on the units (Found on FaceBook). He stated he would take my working washer and dryer in for trade and credit for his washer and dryer plus $200. There were no issues with my washer/dryer set other than the door physically swinging the wrong way for my home set up. On my first load, the washer would not advance time. ***** stated he would be back the next day to replace the time. He never showed and is now not responding to any txt or FaceBook messages.

    On April 21, 2022 I purchased a “new” washer from a man named ***** ********** who runs Anytime Appliance. I found it on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged him and he had the washer to me in about an hour. He gave me the receipt and wrote on it that it came with a 6 month warranty.

    About a month later the washer started making a very loud banging sound, and shook terribly. I told him about it and he said he would come look at it, never saw him. I messaged him again, said he’d be over, never seen him. I sent him a video of the washing machine and said this is what I’m dealing with for $275. He said I’ll order the parts and fix it tomorrow, once again no show. I waited a week and messaged him. He said the parts were in he’d be there in the morning, once again he didn’t show and has been ignoring me ever since.

    I have asked him multiple times to fit it or give me my money back. At this point I just want my money back. I have texts dating back from 6/14/22 and there were some before that, that got deleted. I’ve been very patient and understanding but I need my money back so I can buy a washer that works. I shouldn’t be having to go to a laundromat after just buying a washer off of him for $275. We had to drill holes in 2x4’s to set the washer feet in so it wouldn’t move all over the basement, and it has shaken so bad that the lid won’t stay locked so we had to rig it with a ping pong paddle to keep it locked.

    Now it doesn’t work at all, and he knows it and won’t honor his warranty and make it right. I’m a low income family and that’s a lot of money to us. He hasn’t communicated with me since 8/16/22. I’ve read some reviews that say he has done this same thing to other people too.
