    Last year, the central air conditioning units on top of the building I live in went out. I went all summer last year without air conditioning. They provided window units last year, which kind of worked, but it only worked in one room of the apartment, other than that, they did not offer anything else no money off our rent, no timeline of when it was gonna be fixed and here we are this summer and they sent out an email on April 18 saying the units would be fixed within the week. They sent out another email. I want to say on April 21 stating it would be fixed within two weeks here we are today May 18 and still no central air conditioning. I’m now being told that they’ll come out on Monday but can’t guarantee it’ll be working because they “might find other issues“ every time I call and talk to someone in the rental office they’re rude. They’re nasty. They accuse me of berating them because I continue to call and inquire about when our central air will be fixed, I asked to be moved to another building and was told oh it will be a month before we have a unit available if they would’ve just moved me at the time I asked, I would already be in another unit and this wouldn’t be a problem. I am a type one diabetic being uncomfortable and stressed is not good for my sugars. I am tired of asking for the bare minimum they would be very upset if I wasn’t paying them all of my rent. I need help with this issue.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have made significant progress and are in the final stages of the cooling tower repairs. The project is expected to be wrapped up this week. Starting today, May 29th, we will begin individual unit assessments to ensure everything is functioning correctly and efficiently.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate your continued patience and cooperation. Should you have any further concerns or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
