      I am on the Condo Association Board for our development. Thrive Companies was the developer. We have been trying to get them to repair the areas in our development that is a construction issue, not a repair issue, i.e. crumbling mortar around all of the condos, rickety handrail down to main street, shift step to main street. We did a walk through with Thrive in November 2022, and passed on a transition study we paid for in April, 2023. I contacted their President over a month ago and they are stating that their attorneys are still looking into this. We need a resolution and we need a remediation for the safety issues.

      Hello,

      This is in response to complaint ID  ********. The transition study listed in the complaint was completed in May of 2023. The homeowner was told that there would be a response within 60-90 days following due to the need to review and walk the site with the builder, architect, engineer, and others. Also, this complaint is being filed against Thrive Companies, who is the developer, but is not the owner of the project. The owner is ***** ** ******* ** **** Thrive's legal team is continuing to review and have communicated those details efficiently and in a timely matter. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: Thrive Companies was aware of the construction default in November 2022 along with the safety code violation and did nothing. Their response time is unreasonable given this extra information. To clarify, we are the owners of the HOA, but again this is not a repair issue but a construction default issue so the owner of the problem is Thrive Companies.
