    Website states word for word: "We see our ambulance services as an extension of your quality of care, and we deliver it 24 hours a day 7 days a week for hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, dialysis centers, and private patients across ****." When I called to speak to someone about setting up transport for a patient, I was met with a very rude response of "We don't have a contract with you so I can't help you." Which, tone aside, I understand if it's policy to have a contract in place before scheduling transport, but I was very unimpressed with the agent when I asked who I needed to speak with about setting up a contract and was told. "You don't need to speak to anybody because we don't service your area. We only serve ********." I went back to the website to verify and there is no indication on the website that ******** is the only area served, there is no section giving a specific service area and "Out of Area Transport" is listed as one of the services provided on the home page. Some **************** training with those who answer the phones might not be remiss, as well as an updated website that has accurate information listed about their offerings
