      Advertised sale price of 9.99 for shirt on rack. Shirts were not marked individually. Refused to sell shirt at sale price when taken to register. Demanded payment of ***** saying that the price showing was for white shirt but red shirt was 35. I asked how I would know price and was shown barcode they had beside register. I told them that what they were doing was fraudulent and I would inform the bbb of their company practices. The told me to submit this file. I refused to pay the bait and switch price. I will upload images demonstrating bait and switch advertising.

      Good Morning,

      I wanted to respond to the complaint from ***** about "bait and switch advertising." It is common in any retail establishment to have multiple price points on one clothing bar. As shown in the photos you provided the $9.99 price point is in fact facing the white shirts that were on clearance for that price. On the back side there was/is a smaller 2x2 price point for $34.99 which is the price for the Championship shirt you pictured. We had to order a larger sign with that price point so we used what we had at the time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. However the merchandise was signed correctly.       Sign was not present. Clerk told me that price was posted beside chase ********* Located 20 feet from display and not in view of public.  They are not accepting responsibility for not clearly marking price on product or display.  It was intentional in my opinion.  I accept their response that it was not intentional but I doubt their motives.  I would recommend physically visiting merchant to see if the have other non intentional products not marked with price with other adjacent products are marked on sale. In my opinion this merchant uses bad business practices

      On 11/13/24, I attempted to park on the first floor of the long term parking garage. There were no available spaces. So I needed to scan out in order to go around the terminal and back in another entrance to access the other levels. This process is time consuming. I swiped my badge and entered the parking garage at 9:47am. I scanned out (paid via access card) at 9:48am. I received a bill for $6 for the 1-minute I was in the garage. This is unacceptable. Additionally, I attempted to contact the email address provided in the invoice (no phone number is provided), and received a 'message undeliverable' response. I sent them a message via their website "contact us" portal. However, I've not received a response.
