If you are reading this to decide whether or not you want to use ****** as your window installer, know this: In doing my due diligence, I called the number on the brochure, the brochure I got from ****** with ******'s name on it. So doing my due diligence, I called that number and I had one question because I went in my windows installed in November and not have to pay them until January or later. My question was this; how long does the quote last. The answer, twice at this phone number with option one, was one year. I booked the appointment with Infinity. He came in my living room. We were done talking prices so I said OK great this is good for a year right he goes. Oh no no no not a year . So here's the deal you have two major corporations with their head up their butts rolling out a program that they don't even know the intricate details. My suggestion is run as far as fast as you can away from ****** in this instance and not use them. This is ******, infinity problem and they're making your problem because they made it my problem. Now I'm making it their probleP

Two years ago, I decided to replace my cheap newly installed windows that came with my house and I was going to get ten windows, but decided to settle with four just to see how it goes. The insulation was fairly well but I would learn that Marvin DOES NOT make their own screens for their windows, another company does and that’s when the nightmare begun. The screens did not fit properly in any of the windows. And I had several visits from them trying to make them fit properly. And another thing about those screens was that they come with these little bumpers on the bottom of them and the excuse for them according to Marvin, was to allow rain to drain properly. But seeing that open gap at the bottom of the screens, just allowed bugs into my house when the windows were up. I asked Marvin, “Can someone please explain to me the purpose of having screens?” I never received an answer. So when you are spending thousands of dollars for your windows, ask them, “Who made the screens?” And I still get bugs.

Set an appointment to get a price quote for 15 window replacements, 2 doors/transoms and a patio door. As he stepped through the door, the consultant started hemming and hawing about the area being an historic district, needing a permit through them, and only being able to replace windows with wood windows- which are not on my house, even when I purchased it. After I explained this, that I have lived in the area for over 25 years, and know many neighbors in this area who have had windows replaced without this concession (must be wood windows), he still kept to his statement. Even when I asked if he were to go through the preservation office to get a permit at no cost to me-which I know would not be needed- would he still give me the presentation and a quote, but not for wood windows. He then stated, "I'm not your man." (Meaning, not the man for the project.). What a disappointment.
