    Over 2 weeks ago, in an unoccupied unit above mine the water piped bursted (all windows were left open in the winter time by their maintenance men and the sink froze over) I woke up to it pouring in my house. The kitchen already has a previous crack in the ceiling, I did point that out to them when I called their “emergency maintenance” which isn’t helpful at all. He said the crack should be fine. Fast forward hour later and the ceiling literally falls infront of us. Debris and black insulation and mold exposed for the PAST 2 WEEKS. They have done nothing about it but argue with me. ****** was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been sending emails after emails and they claimed to call me but she sent a screenshot that they weren’t even calling the RIGHT number. She told me she would keep me updated and I haven’t heard from her in over 8 days. So I got to spend my holiday with a hole in my ceiling, debris still falls down from it, I’ve been itching and coughing since we’ve been exposed to it. I reported them to the Cleveland department of housing. My patience is completely gone with this company, I have everything documented, from videos of it raining in my house, the ceiling falling, and ALL of my attempts to reach someone from this company and their shitty responses. They are fighting over who’s gonna pay for the damage, urban property or the maintenance they hired. That is what I was told on phone by this company. It’s ridiculous. They should pay someone to fix it and Then the management company will have to sue the company that was doing the work in the apartment. Subrogration is what it's called…. I have reported them to city in every way I can.. hopefully now they can help! Photos below show you what my house has looked like for almost 30 days. Still nothing has been repaired. If you want to rent with this company you better rethink your decision or look at what you’ll have to deal with
