Someone from Coit came out to inspect our carpet and give me an estimate. When our technician arrived, he was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. There was a spot in the carpet that had been treated and cleaned several times by cleaning companies and he was able to remove it this time. On 5/8/24 I left a negative review of this company. I immediately received a response from a representative of this company by the name of Joann. She did apologize for the company’s error, and we discussed ways in which this matter can be rectified. I’m appreciative of the company’s outreach efforts and I do believe based upon the representations made to me, future customers should feel confident their needs will be addressed professionally.Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services

A man by the name of Craig came to my home on April 12, 2024 from Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services to review a ceiling leak. He told me to contact my insurance company and I did. In response to my text confirming the fact that I contacted the insurance company, Craig responded by text and stated that he would “get the ball rolling”. Craig or no other agent from this company contacted me. I sent a follow-up text Message to Craig and it was ignored. I would have preferred a professional courtesy informing me that the company is not interested in moving forward, rather than be treated in such a dismissive fashion. I’m not interested in doing future business with Coit. I’m urging other potential customers to bypass this company. Also this company does not deserve an A+ rating.Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services
