      BBB transcribed from hard copy complaint form: December 16, 2022 True Green Tree Service hired on 8/1/2022 to spray noxious weed called creeping charley. ***** stated commercial grade Spectricide is very expensive and required cash up front. Check dated Monday 8/1/2022 provided. I never saw him spray anything. ***** was supposed to return on Thursday 8/4 to inspect progress...Never came. Contacted ***** on 9/17 and inquired why he didn't return -- he wanted to know what I wanted but, I never responded to his inquiry. In the meantime, I contacted some Professional Landscape companies and discovered that Contractors must have a license to spray herbicide ad pesticides. *****t contact against on 9/8 and I inquired if he had a license to spray. From his snickered response, I was convinced, he did not. As you can see from attached photos, Spectricide kills the weeds and grass. Spectricide can be purchase over the counter at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Tractor Supply for $19.95 / Gallon. This man is disingenuous charging this outrageous fee.
