    I purchased total of 10 windows from A Better Window, in in 2006 and 2007. Have a lifetime warranty on windows purchase and have been trying to call but not answer; also was told the A Better Window had went out of business. After being on ********, I seen that A Better Window is in business as well as lookup online. I tried calling on 2/13/2024, but recording states no longer in service. I just want my master bedroom front window and picture window replaced because seal is broken inside double pane, which now is causing air pockets in between the panes. Also, the master bedroom rear window the caulking wasn't sealed correctly because their are hairline cracks around the window.
