      This year is starting out pure garbage my daughter and I want MATTHEW back as her bus driver and on top of that I don’t like this new bus driver because she doesn’t know how to back up correctly. Almost hitting vehicles almost hit my car and almost hit a dumpster across the street from me and on top of that she yelled at my daughter for no parent reason and then I called the bus company. They snapped on me thinking that I threatened one of the bus drivers. This is pure garbage. You guys need to hire better people with a better attitude and then maybe everything will be smoothly for the year for other parents and children especially that are special-needs.

      Your children are guaranteed to not be picked up. Terrible customer service! It's very sad to see children disappointed like this...

      What an absolute garbage company, can't get kids to school safely or on time for Years! No video of bullying or harassment no communication with parents, drives in trouble for keeping kids hostage on busses, that was nearly turned into a kidnapping charge.If you district is looking to hire a bus company run the other way, our district is paying the price and so are our children.

      Have had nothing but issues and it's only week 2 of my child riding the bus with this company. For some background my child is a 3yr old with Downsyndrome, asthma, and nonverbal (he can speak gibberish and some very limited words that give no assistance in knowing what is going on throughout his day... so nonverbal) The bus driver wanted to move up my child's pick-up time bc we live "to far away" meaning my child would now need to ride the bus for well over an hour and a half for a drive that should take just under 40min. Not only that they were specifically told they did not have the authority to move up his pick-up (by their own management) and showed up early anyhow and honked and left without my child by their own admission. No one heard the bus no call was given for missing the bus and we were informed that they now must move up his pick-up time to 7:15am to have the kids at school by 9am because they are also adding another pick-up. The bus was also 30min later than the scheduled drop off! We have repeatedly called to communicate with the company to try and fix the issues and they will not return our calls. The public school my other children attended had an app so that parents can track where the bus is on its route... no such option was made available for this company. Honestly this company receives a lot of tax payer dollars to operate and every citizen should be holding them accountable for their inadequate performance. Even if there are staffing issues, there needs to be full disclosure and communication and they seem to be ridiculously inept. Personally I suggest new management or just kick 1st student to the curb and hire a competent company or start fresh from the ground up bc this is absolutely ??% unacceptable!

      I have attempted to contact this company multiple times since the start of the school year in regards to my child’s bus stop. I’ve left numerous messages and have even had the school contact them on my behalf with no response. I was finally able to speak to a person today and the correspondence was less than satisfactory. After explaining the changes that needed to be made this person did everything in their power to be as petty and unhelpful as possible while I was simply trying to have an accurate record of where my child is while in the care of this company. He refused to change the bus/bus stop info after explaining multiple times why I was requesting the change. He finally changed the am stop to what I requested but refused to change the pm info stating that the bus she’s currently listed to ride also stops at the same bus stop. This bus does not stop at this bus stop, and in fact it doesn’t even drive down the street where the stop is. All I wanted was to have an accurate record of where my child is, yet this person did everything in his power to not help me out and said he was “doing me a solid” by even speaking to me. We are supposed to trust this company to keep our children safe and make sure they are accounted for, and this person did everything in his power to make sure that he didn’t help me out. So now I have to go through this entire ordeal again hoping that MAYBE I can finally speak to an actual person who will listen and help. All of this because I requested my child’s bus/bus stop be changed to the same bus/bus stop she has had for the past 5 years.

      They make their changes their rules when it’s convenient to them. My daughter missed two days of school and because she missed cause they was running behind they decided to call me but I was not by my phone and missed the call. Can’t understand what was said on the voicemail so I call back 5 time and was told that there to answer my calls. Mine you my baby was ready on time and we was waiting under my carport not by my phone. The bus driver have a very nasty attitude. And it takes more than 3 minutes to get a handicap person on the bus.

      Terrible customer service. I requested a bus for a business event 6 weeks in advance and received multiple confirmations. FIVE DAYS before the event, I received a call saying the bus had been confirmed by mistake and was not actually available because of not enough drivers. This is totally unacceptable. Also, every time I called this company I was on hold forever. Do NOT use this company if you want actual follow-through!

      The bus drivers yell absolutely do yell at the kids and allow bullying and harassment. I’ve dealt with them for many years. What has gotten to the point of intolerable and has completely dumbfounded me is the way the operators speak to you when you call. I was told my child could walk 5 miles to school at the beginning of this year and to ‘deal with it’ because it’s how it is, just to find out they were completely wrong and my child had a bus the entire time. This is just one example. I’ve had my kids left on the bus, dropped off at other stops, bullied and ignored, screamed at, and most recently, taken by one bus just to find out DAILY the second bus is already gone and is forced to walk because there is no alternative. When we call, it’s because we have some sort of concern for our children. That’s not something that should ever be met with the aggressive behavior displayed by these employees.

      We are now bringing our children to school. This company is absolutely terrible as are it's employees! They allowed my children to continuously get bullied for over a year instead of kicking off the bully or simply moving the seating chart. My child was called ******* stupid, a little ***** among many other terrible things-along with being punched, kicked and put down. He tried harassing my youngest girl and tried to teach her how to erotically moan. They were constantly screamed at by their bus driver and this was witnessed by many people. She was rude to all of the children and parents, my 4 year old was terrified of her. I had put in a complaint with First Student a few weeks ago and never received a response. My children's prior bus driver began training, so a new one was placed last week and the seating chart and bullying problem was handled within a day. It's too bad something so simple couldn't have been handled months ago. But still, never any response to the problem and we have had ongoing problems with First Student since we moved a couple years ago. Something truly should be done with this company as they allow their employees to be rude and obviously allow bullying and harassment of their students. My oldest had gotten depressed and began calling himself stupid or coming home often crying from this. This is obviously about money to them, not the children or their safety.
