    Terrance was very helpful in upgrading my office computer. I had an old computer that was going very slow. It was driving me crazy. Terrance had everything up and running in a timely matter.     We needed to pass PCI compliance so my church could continue to accept online giving. MyTechWiz helped me through a very LONG, complicated process, explaining everything as we walked through the compliance questionnaire. Terrance met me onsite so we could complete the necessary scans of our system, and made himself available on a Saturday morning to answer the last few questions that came up. I highly recommend MyTechWiz for professionalism, dedication, and availability.

    I had a huge problem with my ******* email where it wouldn't let me download attachments! This was a very serious problem since it affected my business where clients constantly send me emails with attached documents which I need to download. Called Terrence and he did a remote to my laptop and went through everything to figure what was causing this problem. Turned out that during my last windows and Microsoft 365 update, my edge browser somehow imported my google extensions into Edge. This crazy situation was affecting my ******* program. Well Terrence figured it out and was able to remove/disable the google extensions from Edge and solved the problem. I can't thank him enough for figuring this out and resolving it!!
