I have placed an order for a knife online on 4/28/24. My order has posted in my checking account and I have yet to receive a tracking #. I have called the Customer Service number and I have given them my order number and no one knows anything about it. The order # matches the company’s number sequence and no one knows how to find my order.

*** ***** entered an order via our website. During the entry process he entered his city and state as ******* ****** **.

The city and state should have been entered as ****** ****** ** with no comma between ****** and *****. The entry of the comma caused the order to import incorrectly into our system. To correct this issue involved our IT team finding and correcting the system code for this order.

*** ***** was corresponding with our customer service department via email on May 8, 2024, however he gave his name as ***** ***** instead of **** ***** as he entered on his order. This too played a part in the delay in locating his order.

As of Saturday, May 11, 2024 5:01PM *** *****'s order was delivered via FedEx tracking number ************.

We strive to provide quality service to all our customers and hope *** ***** understands unusual circumstances led to the delay in receiving his order.

    Sincerely,

    Havalon
