      Bats was completed in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. Brock was very helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process of getting my sons bat repaired. I recommend anyone that needs a bats repaired, look this guy up.

      Absolute life savers, we were in the middle of All Star/MVP and out of state tournaments with absolutely no time to waste we discovered an issue with our sons end cap. We were stressed to the max worrying that the bat would not make it through another practice let alone games. Called and explained the time crunch (4 day window for repair) and they did an amazing job working with us to get the bat fixed and back to us. We were able to send the bat out, have it fixed, and returned in less than 72 hours. We also live three states away. I am totally blown away at the professionalism and workmanship that was provided to us. Bat looks 100% stock with no epoxy and honestly it came back cleaner than when we sent it! Great job to you and your staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication. I have no problem referring teammates to you and the only issue that I have is that I can not give a 6 star rating. Wes

      Amazing service, received my sons bat in a timely manner! Came in under a week just in time for his tournament. Broch is very responsive by phone and email.

      Very quick turnaround time. Bats perform as advertised and honestly, after many years of working with composite materials in Naval Aviation, I think rolling makes bats less prone to early cracking. My only complaint is that they use ******. I left ****** ten years ago because they suck. Every time I order I have to email Big Dawg to verify that they will ship my bats to the correct address because ****** does not provide anyway to verify my shipping address. Big Dawg's instructions say that "bats are shipped to the address provided in our system via the shipping option purchased"....but there are no shipping options to select. *** ground is indicated with no other options AND no place to see my shipping address or type in my shipping address for returning the bats when they're done. Then I get the confirmation email from ****** showing my old address. I hate ****** with a passion!

      Do not waste your money on there Knobs, poorly made it broke the first at bat it was used, and they do not replace for 75.00 not worth it. truly would not use this company.

      The customer wanted the $50 k*** sent to him so he could install it. It would seem it was installed by the customer incorrectly if it broke on the first at-bat. I warranty all k**** that we install and that is clearly stated on the website page. I have replaced over 500 k**** and not one broke in the first at-bat. *From our website: "We also can ship the k*** to you for a self-install, although I recommend that we install the k*** for a secure fit. Our service and replacement come with a one-year warranty; k*** only purchase DOES NOT come with a warranty and might require modification for installation."

      The **** was not incorrectly installed. Its just made a very poor material, so please do not waste your money with this company.

      Put a large note on the bat to where to ship it back to and they shipped to the address that was not requested, Very little help on recoveing my bat.

      The customer's bat was shipped to the only address given to us. I received no communication as far as shipping to another address. I could not correct the customer's mistake because I had no communication about the mistake.

      There was a large note tape to the bat with the address was to return it to, Plus there was a large return address on the box. I have pic of the bat with the sheet of paper tape to the bat...

      Customer service/ support was quick with answers to my questions and the bat repairs look great. I had my 2 bats back in less than a week. I recommend big dawg for end cap repairs!

      Awesome work. I used the Express k*** replacement. Quick work and return. Sent it on Tuesday and got it back on Thursday.
