    Been using Vulcan7 for almost a year and am still with them only because I am under contract for that year. Very poor performance, lots of technical glitches when attempting to make calls with their software. They have a huge upsell once you already paid for their service trying to sell you more numbers when their existing numbers already perform poorly. It just seems to be wrapped with a bunch of hype and pretty weak customer service. I would not recommend this company or service to anyone.

    That is a rather superficial response, yet not unexpected based on my poor experience with your company and seeing other complaints from paying customers. Denying and not taking accountability seems to be common practice in your company around existing technical issues. Your comment about my unique issues with your dialer couldn’t be further from the truth. It is an extremely common complaint you have in your ******** group from other paid customers. However, the way you choose to deal with them, is your moderator will either attempt to bury them or delete the posts altogether. Makes sense, it seems to be in line with your priorities which are new sales vs handling technical issues with your existing paying customers. You have one job, to put paying customers in touch with confirmed homeowners that match the address in the most efficient way possible, and after almost a year of using your services, you have done a poor job at this. Whether that is due to the very weak data you provide or your technical issues with the dialer, it is pretty unimpressive. To provide an example, given I track numbers very carefully. Your expired and cancelled data based on my numbers, have a dismal 4% pickup rate and that includes wrong numbers and hang-ups. Confirmed homeowners is closer to 2%. So based on time estimation, it would take 100 dials, 1 hour, to have an opportunity to talk to two confirmed owners. I have also learned by not using your dialer, that a large amount of the data you provide are not even numbers that are in service, yet using the dialer, you would never know this wasting your paying customers' time. It’s too bad you don’t take any of that seriously.
