    Around Dec 2022 and Jan 2023, My father passed away and he had left behind a pinball ( batman) machine and table top arcade game ( space invaders). I knew of Bruce Walton for many years ago when my father purchased a number of machines from him the 90's and trusted to sell them back to him since we had no need for it . Instead of just selling out right we formed a deal to trade for an arcade cabinet painted with legacy decals on them and take what ever trade in value was left on the two machines , Bruce was very helpful at first telling me that he could get custom fitting for my console ( a pandoras box console to fit in the cabinet ) . I brought in the console in 2023 Bruce said he could send it off to a vendor to fit with custom joystick and buttons and all , in the mean time he had already collected the batman and space invaders . Fast-forward 3 month i call to get status and was told nothing has been done his manager tells me they have been " busy " this continues 8 and 9 month i finally go in multiple times his manager tells me he sent it off , so i wait again i get a call some time after that's its done i pick up the console and nothing was done on it to add insult they lose the power cord( they later replaced) the cabinet i was promised was delivered dirty and not painted no work done. I go to complain Bruce not in sight and i get fed excuses from his manager . They fixed the console but im left baffled why wasn't all this done before. Then on top of that i get no invoice of the batman and see the batman machine is not in the store. I feel i was robbed of this deal, since then i have not been contacted by them on an explanation . I feel I need answers from Bruce directly . Im really hurt and sad for the fact i knew of this person for a long time and in the end felt betrayed and hurt cause he knows of the circumstances why we traded them in . All im looking for at this point are answers

    November 22, 2022 Spoke with Mr ******* discussed skee ball machine, new versus refurbished, he stated “the only difference is the new machines have neon lights.” Agreement made from me to purchase a refurbished skee ball machine for $4000 .delivered approximately December 27, 20233. When it was delivered it had several flaws, and was damaged while being put in place by the delivery people when they tried to screw in the rails on the top. They forgot the bulb for the light on top and the lens for the scoreboard and the delivery person said they would bring those here. Other problems I noted with the skeeball machine was that the rails along the side were warped, the net was kept together with numerous zipties in different colors and is held to the board by several zipties. The balls were in various different conditions, some very rough and having divits. I was not pleased the condition as this did not meet my expectations of a refurbished machine, a couple days later I sent pictures view text message to Mr W***** of the problems with the machine. I called and spoke with Mr W***** and told him I was not happy with the machine, citing the above problems, he said, “I didn’t see the finished product, I want to make this right” and “I want you to be happy, I will get you a new net and 9 new balls. “ I agreed to this changes. Agreed to a date and they came and replaced the light bulb and lens. They sanded a few of the balls but did nothing to the net. After this the sound didn’t work the same as before as it hardly makes any sound now and the light on top did not go off. It used to make a sound when the ball didn’t score with a buzz but it doesn’t make this sound any more. Also noticed that since the lens was placed, it does not keep the correct score, gives 30 points when it should be 20 points and some of the lights for the score board do not work. Have made repeated calls since February leaving messages and talked with Claudia, Mr W***** refuses to call me

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Please close my complaint as resolved at this time.  The business picked up the machine yesterday (6/7/2023) and they promised they would issue a refund.
