I hired this company to come out and fix one of my units, I have 3. They fixed. Then came back to fix a 2d one and clean all 3. Then had them come out to fix a few other problems 2 more times. At no time were they at my bakery more than an hour. I was charged each time a trip charge of $85 and hourly charged for wherever their tech was located from the time he left his previous job at their billing rate of $115/hr. I was never advised that this was their standard charge. They had errors in my bills at least 2 times and stated they would fix which they did but the fact that I paid almost $2000 for about 4 hours of work is insane. One of their employees stated maybe they should have explained how they billed. To me it seems like they are double billing for trip charge and I will never use them again. I initially didn't pay my last bill but since they filed a claim against me with an attorney I did. I think I should get back some money I have paid. Either the actual trip charge or the time driving to my location. Trip charges totalled $340. I'm not sure the total amount of the charge for driving to me but $350 refund for that would be fine as well. Attaching just one email where they admit to mistakes and explain some of their charges.
