Very unprofessional I been dealing with my case for almost 4 years currently over an accident i had & the person was in fault in the police report. We met up and he promised me a few things but then they wanted to go 11 years back on my medical records & 6 months later they wanted to go back 15 years back on my medical record. I feel discriminated against. What 15 years of ago of my medical records got do with a 3 year ago of an accident.

It is sometimes necessary for cases to go into litigation.  When this happens, reaching a resolution can seem to take longer than it should, and the process may feel longer than it really is.  A litigant is subject to the discovery process which may require providing information to opposing counsel that seems trivial and irrelevant.  For instance, in a personal injury claim, opposing counsel may wish to check prior medical records to determine the existence of any prior injury or chronic condition.  Unfortunately, the relevance is seldom for us to decide, and we must comply with the requests from the opposition or risk delaying a resolution of the case even longer.  The requests are not a matter of discrimination but a matter of due diligence from the opposition.

They also took 1/3 of even my medical bill and the damage on my vehicle. They also don't back what they tell you. Make sure any verbal agreement you have with them is in writing. Do not use these shady lawyers!Adding that Blake Maislin himself said that they took the extra 1/3 out of my vehicle damages because they "fought" for me. They should add that they take more of your money when they fight for you in their "We Fight 4 You" commercials...

Very unprofessional attorney that met me to discuss my case. He promised big things but it took three attorneys and over three years to get 600.Dont waste your time or money on an attorney that doesnt fight for you! This office is money hungry and dont care about there clients. Very disappointed that I wasted my time with them and didnt go elsewhere.
