Received an appointment which was an hour each way, which was actually in *************. They did a hearing screening, tested old units and because those didn't work was offered a "higher quality" option. Five thousand dollars later (was suppose to be more, but took old as trade), still cannot hear with unit. We went back and had a two week check, (again 2 hours round trip), made adjustments and within another week, could not hear again. Tried to make another appointment but with a death in the family we had to cancel. Thirty days attempted to make an appointment because cannot still hear. Receive letter that they were closing the room in ** and had to find out where to make an appointment. Tried to get an appointment for a Saturday because that's even farther away and we work. Secretary finally called me back two weeks later to schedule on a Saturday and never received a call back. Three months later, we are now going to ANOTHER store in ** to get adjusted. Extremely dissapointed, this was a rip off and still CANNOT HEAR! Had we known better we would have gone somewhere local. Miracle Ear gives 30 days which isn't great when we live over an hour away from facility where equipment can be checked and adjusted. *****.

Miracle-Ear Loveland Ohio sent me snail mail that qualifies as marketing SPAM. It first insults you by stating you 'best represent the segment of the population... likely to experience hearing loss and tinnitus...' Then it invites you for a free hearing evaluation, to include free 'Listening Ears'? No online search explains what these are. The free evaluation expires July 26. If I need my hearing checked, I'll go to an audiologist, not the office of a hearing aid company. A total sales pitch from a greedy company. I called their office to complain, and their response was give them my address and we'll remove it from their mailing list.
