    I was a patient at Pinebrook Medical clinic for ED treatments. Was informed that after last treatment could keep ongoing treatments to continue enhancement and would be at a lower cost due to being in the program for $150 per treatment. We paid 5500 dollars for initial program. Then found out that the clinic was closed and can not get any further treatment. I didn't receive any notification that the office was closing or that my treatment would cease. I'm seeking help in resolving this issue.

    I was a patient at Pinebrook Medical Clinic. I have tried calling both office numbers no answer. I have 3 visits left. Old saying buyer be ware I am not a happy customer. Web site not working. Do not go there I give them a 0 scale from 0 to 5

    I was a patient at Pinebrook Medical clinic for ED treatment starting in October 2022 until my last scheduled appointment in May 2023. When I went to schedule additional appointments after vacations in June and early July, I found out that the clinic was closed. I didn't receive any notification that the office was closing or that my treatment would cease. I'm seeking help in resolving this issue. I financed 5,400.00 for treatment and I have not received full treatment with any results.

    I contracted with this medical clinic for procedures that included treatments and doctor evaluations. I have only see a doctor one time and have received several treatments with no change/improvement. I have requested a new evaluation as contracted but am told no one knows when the doctors are coming back. I have been trying to call for more than a week and no one answers the phone. I drove to the clinic to find it closed/door locked. I then called the main call center number (###-###-####) and was told they are closed today. I stated I would go down tomorrow and was told the clinic was closed all week. I asked if they were closing and the rep stated he didn't say that. I am not able to leave a message or reach any reputable contacts.
