  We have a 32-year-old ***** home. We were having problems with our power going out in our bathrooms when one of the family used a hair dryer. If escalated to also cutting power to the refrigerator out in the garage. Cooper Electric has a good reputation in our area so we called them and setup an appointment. The technician (John) called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was timely, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable (answering all my questions) and fix the issue. We defiantly recommend Cooper Electric!

  I've known of and have used Cooper Electric in the past. Had an urgent issue that could have been dangerous with a tenant today and so we called Cooper Electric last night and they got somebody to call us on the way before noon today. Nathan was knowledgeable and polite on the phone and was efficient with the repair on site. Most importantly our tenant is happy and relieved. We'd be happy to use Cooper electric and Nathan again!

  Cooper Electric set up an appointment to do the work I needed for a specific date and time (NOT a time window). They kept their promised time and date. Young John called me before he came to let me know that he was on his way. This gave me time to prepare the area where the work was needed. John’s work was efficient and effective. He kept himself and me safe at all times. Their rates are reasonable. John finished his rate based work early and did additional work until the charge rate was reached. I recommend that you call Cooper Electric for your electrical needs. I recommend you ask that “young John” be sent.

  Hello Sorry for the late review. Nathan was an exceptional technician.He was honest, patient and informative. I was able to watch as he evaluated and worked on my electrician problems.   I had an outstanding experience working with Cooper Electric, Gil, Daniel and their team for our 320amp electrical service upgrade and additional wiring needed for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Gil and Daniel provided thorough consultation, taking the time to understand our specific needs and preferences.   I have hired Cooper Electric for numerous jobs and have had excellent service. I have aluminum wiring so you have to be careful who you hire and after much research I had them do the copalum repair almost ten years ago. They have helped me with my heated floors, outdoor lights, & a transfer switch for a generator. My panel had some unexpected non compliant issues pointed out to me and Aiden corrected them. It added to my bill but that is expected because how else can a business stay in business? Brent did a detailed estimate for my recent job of adding outlets for heated towels bars, lights in two closets w switches, adding junction boxes for a master bath light that was a swag, and 4 cans in another bedroom. They know what they are doing and if they find a problem they advise me. Brent checked older connections in my attic to make sure everything was good and they warranty their work. Scheduling can be a challenge & I am flexible because I can be, but it pays to be patient and go with the flow. They have some of the hardest workers and most knowledgeable electricians I have ever seen and this is on a consistent basis. Nate and John worked in my attic on a very hot day and never once complained, were polite, and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. They were neat and cleaned up.... As a woman contracting services I sometimes encounter men with attitudes but that has never stopped me from getting the jobs I need done. A really rude employee is enough to make me reconsider a company but at the end of the day, its about me and the work I need done. Is this the best company? Is ego more important than quality and safety? Not to me, & I am secure in who I am & know to how deal with that. I prefer to be the better person! Cooper Electric's electricians are some of best around and that is what I am after. I have never encountered rudeness from their electricians. I'm sorry that other customers have had bad outcomes but my experience has been different.
