    Absolutely terrible experience. They have had my jack hammer for over a year. They returned it to me twice telling me it was fixed both times. The first time I took it to a job site and was embarrassed when I plugged it in, the second time they assured me nothing was wrong and it was fixed so I brought a concrete block with me to prove to them in their own parking lot it still didn't work. After the owner lied directly to my face and got a bad attitude with me because I had to physically prove to him for the second time it still wasn't fixed, his demeaner changed and he said" I'll take care of it". This was litterally months ago. I've made several phone calls to get the status of the repair and all the owner tells me is he "sent out for parts" or "still working on it". I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY TOOLS WORKED ON OR REPAIRED HERE! They still have my jack hammer and my $700! Buyer beware!

    Super knowledgeable in a variety of subjects when it comes to small engine, repair tool, repair, and tools in general, A large section of items well stocked Ive never walked in and not been greeted with a smile
