Their Febreeze 'Free Gas for a Year' contest says no purchase necessary, however their online form requires that you upload a receipt of purchase of their product. This is a violation of state and federal sweepstakes law. Fix your formThe Procter & Gamble Company

1 starOral-B is operating with fraudulent customer service policies! I just placed an order for a $200 Oral-B toothbrush and realized the ***** *** option had my old shipping address pre-filled. I immediately called Oral B Support to give them my new shipping address and was inexplicably told they "can't edit or cancel orders after they are placed." Just think about this for a moment. Have you ever encountered a customer service department that claims it has zero ability to manage customer orders? I'm shocked they're selling direct to consumers without basic account tools to serve their customers. Their solution was to pass me off to *** and request a redirect on my delivery, which has never worked in the past with other companies, as *** always passes me back to the seller. Oral B takes zero ownership of the variety of issues created by their exploitive policies and stunning lack of operational infrastructure, if that's even truthful. Given their disdain for their customers, I asked Oral B to refund me. Their solution? *If* I receive the delivery, I have to prep a return shipment with a list of EIGHT items, including the "original UPC," a receipt I need to print out with the purchase price circled on it (lol), and a piece of paper with my name, address, phone number, DOB (huh?), and reason for dissatisfaction which I've already expressed to them. The shipping fee is at my expense, and I'm reading from other reviewers it will take 9+ weeks to receive a refund *if* it's approved. Even worse, refunds aren't sent to your original payment method, but instead as a prepaid debit card from some unknown bank. Oral B, this couldn't be a more convoluted and hostile way to treat the customers who fund your paychecks. To resolve this complaint, I expect a refund to my original payment method in a timely manner. My order hasn't even shipped yet so this shouldn't be a problem! Get it together and start doing right by people!Review fromBonnie M.

1 starFebreze is a bad product because you can never get the entire contents to spray from the can. We are down to 2 spray cans of the product and don't plan to buy anymore. One can is one quarter full and the other one half full and both impossible to spray contents. Proctor & Gamble should offer a recall or a free fix or redesign the can. I complained once before only to receive coupons to buy more of the unacceptable product.Review fromCrystal G

1 starI hope you read this BEFORE making a purchase!!! Oral B is a SHAM! I wish I could give ZERO stars! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY because if you EVER have a PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE IT PROPERLY NOR PROMPTLY! To keep it short, they DO NOT cancel erroneous orders even when you notify them of it before anything has been processed or shipped. But they DO cancel orders that you intended to place and want to be processed and say that the system does those cancellations automatically and they can't do anything about it and they don't know WHY the system does that...HUH??? Their business practices don't make ANY sense and do not line up with the way the majority of online retailers operate today. Not to mention, and this is the BIGGEST PROBLEM, they DO NOT want to refund your money back to your original payment method. They send you a prepaid card by some no-name company that DOES NOT WORK (****************e Banks)!!! If I pay you with REAL money from my account, I EXPECT a reversal of that money to be returned to my account. This has been an issue since JULY 2023 and the issue is STILL NOT fully resolved! I have disputed the charges and this total process has been a NIGHTMARE!!! Save yourself the trouble and DON'T BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM!!! If you like their products, get them from a third-party seller, ******, ********, ******, or SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ANYWHERE BUT FROM THEM DIRECTLY!!! You will be so much better off!!!Review fromUTKARSHKUMAR P

1 starI have purchased 2 electric toothbrush from ****** which I was defective. I wasnt able to return for under oral-b 60 day return guarantee because it was over 60 day since purchased and I have never opened the box within those days. Just because of that oral-b allowed me to return on special request even though it was over 60 days. Only problem was I had to ship return my items on my own expenses which they have promised to give me reimburse together with **** credit. After all this process its been almost 4 months my item is already delivered to oral- b center but they are not giving me any update on my case which it seems fraud to me.Review fromRebecca P

1 starDon't fall for the rebates printed on your grocery receipts as they do not give the details. The P&G offer said to qualify $40 purchase between specific dates to qualify but did not state that it had to be made in one purchase on one receipt. I made several purchases during the time frame given and had several receipts and it was denied. Impossible to contact P & G company as I was given to incorrect departments multiple times and hung up on as well. I won't bother with filing a complaint with the BBB as it they never respond as I have filed a complaint on ***** with proof and never heard from them. A total waste of time and money!Review fromGeorgia S

1 starI purchased a tube of Crest toothpaste and the tube had more air than product!! I noticed when I first opened a big air bubble came out. Then ever time I used the toothpaste air would come out and then toothpaste would spurt out!! I know how long my toothbrush would last and whats left after using the tube is ridiculously not right! I would say more than 1/2 of the tube was air! Stop ripping the people like me off and fill the tubes up with product!! I shouldve taken it back when the air bubble came out first thing but didnt! ! Not realizing the whole tube was full of air. I would like my money back!!
