    ********* ******** deodorant was purchased on January 8, 2025 Order ##******** was shipped to *** ******* ** **** ** ******* ** ***** ********* ******** deodorant was purchased on January 12, 2025 Order #******** was shipped to **** ** ** ****** **** *** **** ******* *** ***** ******** ***** Gentle Facial Cleanser was purchased on January 11, 2025 Order ******** was shipped to *** ******* ** **** ** ******* ** ***** The business committed to provide and ship 2 ********* ******** deodorants and 1 ******** ***** Gentle Facial Cleanser. I am disputing and filing a complaint due to not receiving ANY of the above listed orders. I have tried reaching out to Each & Every On multiple occasions. I have gotten emails and messages via ***** and Each & Every's Business chat via ******** Messenger. Said business has argued with me stating duplicate orders were made, they also took it upon themselves to cancel Order # ******** and #********. After tracking Order #******** that was shipped via USPS, and showed to be delivered on February 26, 2025, I still did not receive that particular order in the mail. The complaint being filed originated from a promotional offer for free deodorant and Facial Cleanser through Each & Every's brand ******** page. There was no shipping fee paid in regards to all 3 orders.

    Each & Every ran a promotion for a free Raspberry & Mandarin deodorant. The customer placed 2 orders for the Raspberry & Mandarin deodorant (******** and ********) using the same email address. Per the terms and conditions of this program, only one order was allowed per customer, therefore the second order was cancelled. Order ******** was fulfilled and shipped via *** and marked as delivered on March 19, 2025 (*** tracking ******************************). The subsequent free facial cleanser order was cancelled as this promotion negated participation in that program. Per the terms and conditions of our offer Each & Every fulfilled its obligation to the customer.

    Their deodorant ruined my clothes. I emailed the company and never heard back from them. I sent emails at least 3 times. Then I decided to send a letter to them, but they do not have an official address. I cannot find them anywhere. I was going to send them my ruined garmets and their product, but the US Post Office said they could not find them. Every Citrus and Vetiver Deodorant, damaged 2 very expensive sweaters. The first sweater was purchased from ******* *****. I do not have the receipt for this sweater, as they no longer make it, but I bought it this year. Please look at the family photo I took wearing this sweater. These photos were taken in October of 2024. When I came home I took off the sweater and noticed yellow stains under the arms. This was the first time I used your deodorant, but I had also taken B Vitamins with a similar color. I thought that maybe my perspiration was emitting that coloring. I have never word white with your product, so I didn’t think it was the product. I put the shirt away to see if I could clean it. I stopped taking the Vitamin B. Here is a breakdown of my costs and request for refund: Cost of Product: $20.00 Cost of ****** Sweater: $68.00 Cost of **** Sweater: $11.98 TOTAL: $99.98

    I have a product subscription with this vendor. My last order was charged on January 17th but it was never shipped. I first contacted Each & Every on Friday January 31st about this order. They responded via email on Monday February 3 and stated that they would contact their fulfillment team right away for an update. There has been no update. I have subsequently contacted them again, on Tuesday 2/4, on Wednesday 2/5, and on Thursday 2/6 and I have had no reply. There is also no phone number for customer service. I have requested a cancellation and a refund. All I want is for my credit card to be refunded. The company is also directly violating their own store policy, which stated that payments are processed when the item ships -- my card was charged almost 3 weeks ago, but the order was never completed. On their website store policy page, it now states something different, essentially stating that no guarantees are made regarding shipping and fulfillment, and it now states that payment is taken when the order is placed, NOT when it ships out. I am super disappointed at the runaround, and would like my money back for an unprocessed order. I will not be doing business with this vendor again.

    Thank you so much for following up on this dispute.

    I can now update you to say that the refund from the vendor, in the amount of $45.58, has posted to my credit card account as of yesterday.

    I have also cancelled my account with the vendor so no further issues should arise.

    I received a BBB update that Each & Every had not yet responded to the complaint, but they have followed up with me and the issue is resolved.

    I truly appreciate BBB's assistance.

    wrote: I ordered 3 full size of the new limited scent of respect and mandarin and was sent a sample pack . It's weird because my total was 40 dollars which would have given me free shipping but I used a 20 percent coupon which knocked it down to 32 and then the shipping was 5 dollars which added back up to 37 dollars. Which is what I was charged, for 3 full size ones. The set I was sent was a 55 dollar set which even with the coupon of 20 percent off would have been 44 dollars with the discount. So something went askew with my order. I would like to sent this back and get what I ordered because I am allergic to some of these scents ingredients. They have made me explain the problem multiple times and send pictures of what I was missend and now refuse to send me what I paid for and ordered
