    Complete Garbage product a few months later. Purchased a ****** Freo 4 months ago, it was almost perfect, sure not the same incredible suction power others have, but perhaps the best at moping. Fast forward till now, and I can count with my fingers the amount of times it completed a scheduled cleaning without my intervention, being that now more often than not, it get's lost, or outright complains it's trapped in the middle of my floor even with the base station in it's view sight, and mind you, my setup, floor configuration and placement of the base station have not changed since day 1. Ultimately though, I just lost complete moping capabilities, because the black velcro portion that is supposed to secure the mopping pads, has started to come out on it's own,Complete shame of a product, garbage, and a waste of money, didn't even last 5 months!!!Worst part of all of this, is their customer support, which has not answered any of my 7 emails, nor has it honored the warranty either.
