    I purchased Palmtech in 2020, which was suppose to be a one time fee, which was quite high,I must say.. Since I own a construction business and only do home inspection part time, it made since.. Now, they have updated to new versions, I'm locked out of mine, in all fairness they did sent out emails saying they were updating.. My problem is I paid the high one time fee expecting it to be a One time fee.. and not being Forced to buy newer versions a few years later.. by monthly or yearly subscriptions.. So much for the One time fee they advertised, what a fraudulent rip off, that was...

    Hello ****,I show your purchase was made in 2018. It has always been our policy to support both the current and previous versions. However, we cannot promise that any software will work forever. For security reasons, we shut down the cloud portion of the software you were using. We communicated months ahead of the shutdown and offered deep discounts on the new software. I hope you'll consider the new version. We would be happy to help you out.
