      I called this company because it showed up on my credit and I do not use anything dealing with the company . So the guy that called me says he’s the supervisor but then wants a me to give him my personal info before I can be transferred to see why this is on my credit . I asked why do I need to give you all my info if you have me in your system clearly cause your reporting to my credit . I explained to him I’ve had someone get my info like this before and he says well you called me I’m just trying to help you I didn’t call you I’m just trying to help you and I said and your the supervisor and your speaking like this and in this tone . He then try’s to flip it and said I was yelling at him but I never changed my tone not one time .he caught a attitude and his tone changed when I started asking why did he need the information he was asking for says no I’m just trying to help you out . That’s not how you speak to someone you’re trying to help out especially if the person is asking why you need this info and telling they’ve gotten tricked like this before . This company is very unprofessional and the manager need to be retrained.

      It appears that ******** had an error on their end and swapped the files between us and another vendor. We contacted them and they updated the account. We are not able, by **** regulation, to report on someone we don't do business with. This was entirely an error by *********
