    Awesome service!!! I dont know alot about gaming rigs but they helped me get a very nice one for my daughter. She loves it!! Excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will definitely do business we yall again.. Way to go!!!!

    I just concluded business with Daniel, the agent who walked me through the entire process after approval by my lease company. He ask a few questions regarding my computer use and what I needed. Then he begun building a package and often inquiring about a specific component I could choose from. Essentially, we got through all this and he stayed with me to the final payment and papers signed. I have no complaints and was grateful that this agent cared about his customers in every aspect and hung tough with me until business was finalized. Excellent agent and stellar job performance!!

    This company has a false sense of customer service... my experience has been terrible! They make deals and then default on it, blocking you from communicating with them to resolve the issue. I have half a build and once I've paid off my balance with one of their financing company, they only wanted me to reapply for another financing term before assisting me with other options to complete my build. If I wanted to pay outright without going thru their financing department, they're saying that I can't. I don't need another hit on my credit when I could just pay for the rest of the components cash. Thanks but no thank you, I would not recommend them to any of my friends or partners looking to buy a computer

    My first time ever buying a gaming PC for my son's birthday. Daniel made the process so smooth and 5 star customer service experience. Daniel walked me through the whole process, start to finish. I will only purchase PCs from Cincy Power computers from now on. 100% the best company to purchase from!

    I have nothing but good things to say about Cincy Power Computers. Dan was extremely helpful from the first conversation even to this day. Every question I had was responded to in a timely manor. He is very respectful and courteous. The prices their company offers is better than most places around. The turn around was extremely fast, Less than a week and my PC came boxed and shipped very protected. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new pc thats wants a hassle-free and friendly experience.
