    JOMJOP LLC purchased my apartment building half way through my lease term from *** Properties. Since purchasing they have failed multiple times to complete maintenance requests. My roommate and I reported the heater as being broken in mid March and received a confirmation on March 25th that it would be fixed. The heat was never fixed, the weather outside just got nice enough that it wasn’t an issue anymore. The Air Conditioning in the apartment is broken and has been for the majority of the last two months. JOMJOP LLC has failed to resolve this problem and has been making excuses for weeks on why the AC hasn’t been fixed. By Ohio law it is the landlords responsibility to repair the air conditioning and Heat.
