    I have made a number of purchases from this company. The last purchase I made was the most expensive and will be the last. If you make any purchase, be sure it's what you want and just hope there isn't any problem with the item. Be certain to read their return policy and understand that the burden of proof and return shipping cost is on you with no guarantee of a refund.I wish I had noticed prior to ordering the lack of product reviews on their website.What does it say about the company that is not accredited by the BBB?

    I purchased a bestnest telescoping 15 ft. purple ****** pole this year in 2022. I followed their instructions on installing the pole by using the plastic sleeve and two feet of cement for the pole. After only two months, the pole bent at the base where is is entering into the ground. My expensive purple ****** condo is also damaged. I contacted bestnest customer service (*****) and was told there is no warranty on the pole even after only two months. Do not purchase this pole. Poor quality and they do not support any defects with any warranties. Never buy from this company.
